How do I know what package I need?
You can prepay for a certain amount of time of cleaning or we can come out and personalize a package to fit your needs. We recommend:
4 Man Hour 2 Cleaners (2 total Hours)  cleanings 800–1,100 square feet 
6 Man Hour 2 Cleaners (3 total Hours) cleanings cover 1,200–1,800 square feet 
8 Man Hour 2 Cleaners (4 total Hours) cleanings cover 1,800–2,200 square feet 
10 Man Hour 2 Cleaners (5 total Hours) 2,200+ square feet 
If you need more time than what you already purchased you can purchase more at a discounted rate when you call to schedule, Additional time will not be available for add-on on the day of your appointment.

What does 'man hours' mean?
Pristine Clean usually works in teams of two cleaners. So if you have 4 man hours it equals to two cleaners for two hours each, or 1 cleaner for 4 hours.   

Do I have to be home?
No, you can make key arrangements or leave upon the cleaners arrival. Just leave your payment/coupon on the table, and the cleaners will pick it up. If you are home, please allow the cleaners to complete their cleaning and check their work. Upon their completion they will walk through with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. 

What about my pets?
Pristine Clean is pet friendly but, we ask that you secure your pets for insurance and safety purposes. Also we do not clean pet cages animal droppings, etc 

Do I need to clean up before they come?
If you prepay for a package you can choose to either tidy up or not we can pick up for you but it takes away from the total time cleaning. But we do ask you to remove any antiques, irreplacable, or hard to find items which is not covered under our insurance policy,

Should I leave a tip?
House cleaning is a service job just like a waitress, or a hairdresser. Tips are greatly appreciated for excellent service but, are completely based on your discretion. The average tip is 10-15% of the total bill before discounts. If you would like to leave a tip we ask that you leave it in cash along with your check/prepaid voucher so your cleaners can split. It is only for your cleaners it does not go back to the company.
